Our custom wedding cakes range in design and decor with specific elements requested by the client. Prices for our wedding cakes are discussed during consultation calls and are based on the design options chosen by the couple, additional features, delivery and set up. Any color swatches, Pinterest boards or inspiration photos you can provide prior to your call are extremely helpful with allowing up to conceptualize your design. Wedding Cake Tastings & Consultations

When and why you should book a tasting and consultation?

You should schedule a consultation as soon as you know your wedding date to go over the following details of your order:

~ The design and flavor of your cake

~ How many your cake will need to serve

~ Cake delivery and logistics on your wedding day

~ Payment options

Is there a fee for a tasting?

There is a $50 fee for a tasting and consultation call.

How to Prepare for your consultation call?

We schedule it for 45 minutes, and ask that you are prepared to provide us with the following PRIOR to the call:

~ The style of your wedding

~ Flavors of cakes you like

~ Exact color swatches for your file (if you would like us to match)

~ Basic wedding details, (guest count, allergies, venue, etc)

If you are unsure about the style of your wedding, or don't have anything in mind for your cake, please let us know ahead of time so we can schedule more time for brainstorming.

A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. This can be paid at any time, but we strongly suggest that you pay your retainer as soon as you have chosen Not Your Nana's Bakery to be a part of your special day. Some of our clients book well over a year in advance and the most popular wedding dates book up very quickly.
